Information about the host
Our Haindorfer Berg holiday flat is located in the district of Haindorf, on the outskirts of Aschau im Chiemgau in the direction of Bernau and Chiemsee. Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and Hohenaschau Castle. In only 10 minutes walking distance you can reach the train station, supermarket and a restaurant. Free parking at the house, dogs and pets are not allowed.

Environment description
Many hiking and valley trails from the house, whether you want to go on a mountain hike towards the Kampenwand, go for a walk in the Bärnsee landscape conservation area or take a tour by bike in the surrounding area all the way to around Lake Chiemsee, you have all the options. In the immediate vicinity you will find the tennis court, Chiemgau high ropes course, the Aschau bathing area with beach volleyball court and moor bathing area. By car, you can explore everything from Munich to the Königsee in Berchtesgaden in just over an hour.

About the host

Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bernau. Follow the road for approx. 1 km in the direction of the town exit, our house is on the left-hand side. Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, after approx. 50 m on the right-hand side.

Description of the accommodation
Stay in a spacious and bright holiday flat on 102 sqm/1st floor in alpine style with two bedrooms and south-facing balcony with panoramic view of the mountains. The fully equipped flat offers you all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The cosy living room is furnished with lots of wood to create a feel-good atmosphere, with a beautiful round seating bay window, a streaming-capable flat cable TV and large sofa. Two separate bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed 2 x 2 m and one bedroom with double bed 1,60 x 2 m. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob/oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Large bright bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, urinal, hairdryer and window for ventilation. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, clothes horse and recycling station in the small utility room. Children are welcome, there is a high chair, changing table with changing mat and a baby bath in the flat. Pets and dogs are not allowed.
