Simple, sans fioriture mais efficace
A proximité immédiate des remontées mécaniques et du centre ville d'où quelques petites nuisance sonores tout de même acceptables
Propreté moyenne due au fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'état des lieux entre chaque locataire.
