Housed in an elegant, fully restored 18th-century farmhouse, this 270 m² gîte (holiday cottage) charms with its generous proportions and welcoming atmosphere.
Designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends, it offers six bedrooms spread over several levels, with six single beds (90 cm) and three double beds, some of which are 160 cm, providing everyone with their own sleeping space.
Four shower rooms or bathrooms and six toilets make daily life easier for large groups.
The open-plan kitchen, both convivial and functional, opens onto spacious living areas where the authenticity of natural materials blends seamlessly with tasteful décor. Two upstairs bedrooms have direct access to a terrace offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, while a ground-floor bedroom also accommodates younger guests with a child's bed. A characterful house restored with natural materials, decorated and furnished with great taste.
The cottage boasts a remarkable location in the heart of the countryside, just 500 meters from the village, on a one-hectare property where biodiversity has been preserved for many years, allowing you to easily observe the local flora and fauna.
You will enjoy a private enclosed courtyard of 400 m² as well as numerous terraces to make the most of the outdoors. The price includes: - Bed linen rental - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water) Please note that excessive consumption may result in additional charges. The price does not include: - Cleaning fee - Towel rental Enclosed grounds, Ground floor bedroom and toilet, Television, DVD player, Internet access, Stereo, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Jacuzzi/spa, Sauna, Wood-burning stove, Barbecue/Griddle, Extra bed, Baby equipment, Free bed linen, Wi-Fi, Terrace, Garden, Farm, Private entrance, Detached house, Outdoor games, House.
