Facing the ocean, we offer a pleasant one-bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of our ocean beaches.
Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay with family or friends. Ideally located in a lively area of Biscarrosse Plage, you're just steps away from our surf schools and beachfront restaurants.
The apartment is welcoming and features an entrance with an alcove offering two single bunk beds.
The main room includes a dining area and a living area with a TV (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented), as well as a 160cm sofa bed. This bright room opens onto a large 30m² balcony where you can enjoy meals or cocktails while watching the sunset.
The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped.
There is a separate bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a wardrobe.
A bathroom and a separate toilet provide added convenience.
You also have a private parking space.
You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, explore everything on foot or by bike during your stay – perfect for walks on the beach, discovering our cycle paths, and other favorite spots in our region.
A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Bed linen: from €20 per bed per week, bath kit: from €15 per person per week, high chair/cot: from €10 per week, Wi-Fi box: €39 per week Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region.
It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days.

Quelle vue magnifique !
L’appartement est idéalement situé avec toutes les commodités à proximité.
Le logement est au dernier étage et donne côté restaurant, ce qui en fait le côté le plus agréable de la résidence (Le côté bar est plus bruyant).
Seul bémol, l’appartement mériterait quelques rénovations que ce soit au niveau des peintures que des meubles.
