La luminosité et la vue exceptionnelle que ce soit dans l'appartement ou sur le balcon.
Proche de la gare.
Peut être qu'il n'y ai pas de mitigeur dans la cuisine car l'eau y est très chaude.
Avoir deux jeux de clés aurait été plus pratique.
