Detached, traditional house dating from [hidden], located in a hamlet in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, near another gîte.
Ground floor: living room/kitchen, telephone, WC.
Upstairs: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed).
Wi-Fi.
Enclosed 70 m² garden, covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, electric griddle), pétanque court, rowboat available, fishing on site.
Mountain bikes and bicycles for rent.
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €45/stay (€60/stay for businesses); Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €12/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax.
Electric heating based on the main meter reading (minus 8 kWh per day for standard consumption) - The owner provides firewood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per stere).
