In the countryside, 15 km from Nantes and Clisson, the owners welcome you to their dairy farm (farm tours are available).
Domaine des Boutineries is a high-end gîte renovated from old cellars, with a year-round heated indoor pool (6.5 x 3.5m).
Private terrace (north/east facing) overlooking a 620 m² enclosed and independent garden with countryside views.
Swing set and table football are available.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with open kitchen, open lounge, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed) with PMR shower room, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 90x200 bed + 2 twin 80x200 beds), 1 bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 separate PMR toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (queen-size bed) with bathroom (bathtub + shower) and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, freezer, washer-dryer, barbecue/griddle, and baby equipment (crib and high chair).
Included: underfloor heating, electricity, sheets (beds made), towels/household linens, and bathrobes.
Not included: tourist tax.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €161.64 per stay Property managed by a professional.

Domaine magnifique très bien rénové avec sa piscine intérieure qui permet aux enfants de rester des heures à la piscine.
Les propriétaires sont super accueillant merci à eux. Je compte bien revenir pour un weekend voir plus. 😉

Fuimos recibidos por una persona MUY AMABLE (lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre). Tanto la casa como el lugar son soñados. Muy lindos paseos por el puerto y alrededores. Todo encantador, me sentia en un pelicula de cine. Las comodidades de la casa han sido fantasticas. Buscare un lugar en mi agenda para visitar Sanary Sur Mer, cada vez que pueda.!!!!
