propriété sur rue passante mais bien située en ville d'hiver
voisinage bruyant avec piscine donc réveil vers 8h avec les enfants qui jouent
la véranda mérite d'être aménagée en cuisine d'été pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse
douche suite parentale à rénover

L emplacement était parfait , au calme , verdoyant , parmi les maisons huppées d'Arcachon, situé proche du centre ville
juste un petit détail : mettre un mode d'emploi pour l'utilisation de la télé.
