Ground floor: Kitchenette, dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), toilet.
Electric heating and reversible air conditioning upstairs.
Electricity according to consumption is payable by the guest.
Green space with lawn, terrace at the rear of the house with direct access from the kitchen.
This rental enjoys unobstructed views of the countryside and is close to a farm.
Spa Package (excluding July and August): €875 for 3 weeks.
In July and August, €1,200 for 3 weeks.

Street Art in LURCY LEVIS (24 km), outdoor activity center for children "La ferme enchantée" in POUZY-MESANGY (18 km).
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.

Le ménage un peu approximatif à notre arrivée.rre
Le gîte est très bien équipé et donc très confortable.
Le propriétaire est infiniment sympathique et très ouvert à toutes les suggestions.
Nous avons passé une semaine super agréable.
Un week-end au vert très agréable, des randonnées au milieu de belles forêts de feuillus. Le gîte est très calme et bien

une maison rénovée avec goût et bien équipée. Au milieu de la verdure, très au calme. A proximité de Bourbon l’Archambault petit village bien sympa doté d’un joli château.
