It is a wonderful lakeside property for eight, set in a large garden with a nordic spa and breathtaking views of Lake Annecy and the mountains. The OVO Network team’s opinion - With four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of room for two families, or a group of friends.
The house would also work well for a business trip, with plenty of areas where desks can be set up, and the dining table can be extended for conferences. It's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday - the restful blues, greys and creams of the interior reflect the stunning landscape, and the outdoor space, with huge lawns, a nordic spa, a petanque pitch and a shady patio mean everyone can find their own space.
Children can let of steam with a game of football, on the swings or in the playhouse. Enjoy a cruise on the lake, a day on the beach, lakeside walks or a mountain adventure at this contemporary property near Annecy. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note that, at the moment, the fireplace is not functional.
Please note the dimensions of the beds : 2 double beds of 140x200, 1 double bed of 160x200, and 2 single beds of 90x200 that can become a double 180x200 The road bordering Lake Annecy passes below the property. The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival.

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle à 2 familles, très bien placée à quelques mètres de la voie verte pour se déplacer à vélo et rayonner autour. La maison propose un grand nombre d’équipements.

L’emplacement idéal avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, une maison très agréable et belle, un jardin immense, des propriétaires très sympathiques (nous avons eu la chance de les rencontrer) et Marilyne, qui gère la location, est très réactive et vraiment très gentille.

Stay was perfect in this beautiful villa located at 20 min from Annecy city center by car. If you are looking for a spot in front of the lake for your family or friends and want to enjoy silence and calm, this is definitely a great choice. Highly recommend
