The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to offer this charming 32 m² flat for rent in Villarembert, which was completely renovated in 2022 and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a ski lift within walking distance and a shared swimming pool and sauna.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
Wifi, bed linen included, we're just waiting for you to enjoy your holiday, with or without children, in a personalised atmosphere! The accommodation comprises - A 15 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and dining area for 4. - An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker, Smeg kettle, heated blender (soup), Cookeo multi-cooker, pancake and raclette maker, fondue maker.... - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath and heated towel rail - Separate WC Outside: - A north-east-facing balcony of around 5 m² on the garden level with a table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather. Communal areas in the residence, accessible free of charge and reserved for residents: - Heated outdoor swimming pool, approx. 5×10 metres, secured by an electric shutter, open from mid-December to mid-April and from July to August, except Saturdays. - Fitness area, sauna The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in very pleasant surroundings.
The residence is ideally located, with ski-to-door access at the end of a blue slope, 50 m from the start of the voie lactée chairlift and direct ski access to the resort centre, 300 m from all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and market, and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1,500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Activities : - A wide range of activities: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking... - Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent. - A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages. - Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, "Île aux Dragons" leisure park, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the residence. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - An intra-resort shuttle bus, stopping at the chairlift 30 m away, runs every day of the season, making numerous stops, including the nursery and the ESF meeting point. stop at the chairlift.
Follow the arrival of the bus in real time with the Zenbus application! - Access by car via the A43 motorway, direction Turin, exit 27 (Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne) then follow signs for Vallée de l'Arvan. - Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF TGV and TER train station 25 minutes away by shuttle or taxi - Chambéry airport: 1 hour 15 minutes by car (airport shuttle service available) Other comments : - There are 5 steps up to the corridor in our accommodation. - The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August.
Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed.

Locatie was prima, heel dicht bij de piste,
Lockerroom voor skimateriaal was ok
Appartement op zich ok, voor dat geld mag je ook niet teveel verwachten maar….
Appartement was helemaal niet proper!
Wij hebben het properder achtergelaten dan we het gevonden hebben, veel haar en stof! Ook het tapijt in de living zit vol dierenhaar.
Door gebrek aan dampkap is alles in de keukenom...
