Hill View House is a newly built luxury Cotswold stone holiday home near Shipston-on-Stour which can sleep 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the spacious ground floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space with sliding doors leading onto the patio and large garden and an inviting living room with plenty of comfy seating and wood burning stove for cooler evenings. One of the ensuite bedrooms is also on the ground floor offering accessibility for those who may need it. Hill View House is also a pet friendly holiday home and welcomes up to two dogs. The annexe above the garage comes equipped with an ensuite bedroom, small kitchen and living room.

Hill View House is a superb four bedroom luxury modern home with separate self contained annexe in the north of the Cotswolds which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The holiday home has a large garden and plenty of off street parking, perfectly suited for larger families or groups of friends. You can also bring up to two dogs with you.

We had a lovely family weekend at Hill View. The property suited us fine and with 9 adults, a 3 yr old and a dog there was plenty of space. The Wendy house was a big attraction for the smallest member of our party. Our only recommendation would be more comfortable outdoor sitting. The current wooden ones where very uncomfortable and one was broken.

An amazing house in a fantastic location, easy to get to all the gorgeous villages!
we are a group of five friends and it suited our needs perfectly, bedrooms were all gorgeous and spacious and the beds were very comfy.
Kitchen was huge with a large Island unit and all the equipment and utensils etc you could possibly need.
Would definitely come back again, thank you for a lovely stay!
