Superb, bright, and spacious apartment, tastefully furnished, ideal for a successful beach vacation.
Located on the 2nd and top floor of a residence close to shops and the ocean, it features an entrance hall, a pleasant, tastefully decorated living room (with single bed) opening onto a dining room, a separate, well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Free shared parking at the bottom of the building. Coffee maker with ground coffee. No Wi-Fi. Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. To be paid before arrival: accommodation deposit by credit card only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist taxes by credit card or phone.
Optional services to be arranged prior to arrival: - Sheets and towels: €20 per person - Mini box: €49/week or €10/day while supplies last. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you. Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also the real vacation, and it's much faster to go to the market.
The cycle path called La Vélodyssée crosses the whole district.
We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.. Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes with 2800 m² of pools. Blue green Seignosse: that's its name.
It is ranked in the top 10 golf courses in France.

Appartement offrant de grands espaces, joliment décoré, très lumineux et bien situé. L'immeuble en lui même est un peu vieillissant et la porte d'entrée ne fermant pas, on cohabite avec quelques insectes (sympathiques) dans les couloirs ce qui n'était pas évident pour mon fils. En dehors de ce détail, tout s'est très bien passé et nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Lage war super man kann ohne Probleme seinen Urlaub dort verbringen, ohne sich wegbewegen zu müssen. Nur ein kurzer Fussweg zum Meer, 3 mal wöchentlich Markt, 2 Supermärkte, Testaurants, Boutiquen

Logement spacieux, situé sur la place du marché et au pied de la dune. Malheureusement, l’état de propreté laisse à désirer et le logement n’est pas bien entretenu (joint baignoire noirci, murs, meubles et plinthes défraîchis, parquet des chambres très abîmé et poisseux)
Dommage car ce logement est bien placé et a du potentiel.
