We offer this charming 65 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool for rent in Saint-François, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, equipped with ceiling fans:
- A 24 m² living room with TV and sofa.
- An office area for working
- A fully-equipped kitchen in the loggia, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, toaster, all-in-one... and dining area.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1 (12.8 m²): queen-size bed (160×200), air-conditioning and a mosquito net
- Bedroom 2 (11.7 m²): queen-size bed (160×200), air-conditioning and mosquito net
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Exterior common to the residence:
- A swimming pool (unheated), secured and accessible through a gate, open until 5pm. The pool has different depths. The pool is open all year round, except for unforeseen circumstances (pool opening dates non-contractual).
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron, and a 300-liter reserve to compensate for random water cuts.
Everything the children need is also available:
- A small children's toilet;
- 2 booster seats for kitchen chairs, for example, to be strapped in;
- 1 car booster seat;
- A few books;
- A range of board games (Hilo, the surprising 6, UNO, and many others).
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment, within a residence of 50 apartments. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activity :
Founded in 1963 during a Franciscan mission, Saint-François has become one of Guadeloupe's most developed tourist centers.
- Sights: Admire the Pointe des Châteaux, bask on the white-sand Raisins Clairs beach or the Anse à la Gourde beach. For a sensational beach experience, go for a splash on the Douche beach, which is made up of small pools and where you can be splashed by the ebb and flow of the waves.
- Sporting activities: try your hand at all kinds of water sports, discover the seabed during scuba-diving or snorkeling sessions, stroll along the sandy beaches and take in the views from the magnificent points....
- Cultural visits: take a trip to the islands of Marie-Galante or Désirade, visit the town's fine arts museum...
- Gastronomic heritage: rum distilleries, colombo, tourment d'amour, poulet boucané, blanc manger coco...
- Events : Market around the Rotonde every morning from Tuesday to Sunday, the tourist market on Tuesday evenings at the Rotonde, the Carnival on Lundi Gras, the rum route every 2 years in October/November...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot; cars are neither named nor numbered.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre airport, 30 km away.
- To rent a car: there are several car rental companies within 5 minutes of the airport. It's advisable to rent a vehicle to discover the island independently.
- Saint-François marina and ferry terminal provide daily boat service to the surrounding islands (Marie-Galante, les Saintes, la Désirade).
Other remarks :

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
