Close to the village of Skotina and the well-kept vacation home complex Erkiades, stands the Olympus Paradise estate, which was only built in summer 2022. At the foothills of the mighty Mount Olympus, in rural, green surroundings stand in a row 6 comfortable vacation homes each with its own pool.
A huge garden with lawn surrounds each individual house.
Covered terraces with the corresponding furniture provide the necessary shade depending on the time of day and at the pool the sun loungers invite you to linger.
The location of the well-kept Olympus Paradise estate offers its guests numerous excursion and hiking opportunities in addition to the many beaches in the region. The two-storey, comfortable corner house Olympus Paradise 6 with its own pool, located next to holiday home 5, is tastefully, modernly and brightly furnished and promises its guests a pleasant stay in a cultivated atmosphere.Own ground level access and driveway to the cottage.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with open kitchen corner.
Adjacent to the living room is the bathroom.
From all rooms there is a direct exit to the surrounding covered terrace, the garden and the pool. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
One bedroom has its own balcony.
The other bedroom has a sloping roof with a room height of 1.80 to 2.15m. The approx. 28 sqm large freshwater pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.50 m, not heated, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) offers great swimming fun for young and old. 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol invite you to relax at the pool. The covered BBQ area, equipped with a sink, charcoal grill and seating set, offers the best conditions for family evenings together. Next to the driveway at the end of the property is a small house belonging to the landlords, which has a separate entrance from the street and also serves as a reception area.

It is a wonderful house, a great garden and a lovely swimmingpool. The claening and switch of towels was a surprise. Platamonas is a nice little village nearby and Dion has a lot of culture. Ampelaka is a very beautiful village with the Georgios Schwartz mansion.The view on the mountains is spectacular. We had a great time

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit schönen Häusern. Sehr sauber. Alles Marmor, was im Herbst etwas kühl ist. Sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, die jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllte. Bei Ausstattung nur 4 Punkte, da ein Geschirrspüler fehlte und die Küchenarbeitsplatte wirklich sehr klein war.
