The spacious living area is open plan with the dining area and kitchen.
The room is beautifully styled and airy and is furnished with a plush black velvet sofa with recliner, a 4-seater chaise sofa, a coffee table, sideboard, side tables, TV stand and Smart flat screen TV with Freeview as well as an Alexa Kitchen The gorgeous kitchen has ample work top space and storage and features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, utensils, crockery, cookware, glasses, cutlery, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner Dining Area This area is furnished with a round table and four chairs Bedroom The sumptuous separate bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside tables with reading lights, chest of drawers, flat screen TV with Freeview and hanging rail Bathroom The stunning bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle with rainfall attachment as well as a hand held shower, heated towel rail, cabinet, electric demisting mirror, hairdryer, hand basin and WC Outside The small gravel courtyard to the back of the property is completely private and is furnished with an outdoor dining set of a table and chairs Parking Bay Dream offer one parking space on the property.

Bay Dream is a beautifully refurbished self-contained annexe in Carbis Bay. Fully equipped and ideally positioned, it's the perfect base from which couples and families can explore the coastal towns and beaches of St Ives Bay including Carbis Bay, St Ives, Lelant and Hayle which are all within either a short walk or short drive from the property.
Situated on a quiet residential street above Porthrepta Beach (Carbis Bay), this tastefully styled property has everything you’ll need for a restful and relaxing stay. There’s a lovely open plan living space where you’ll be able to unwind after sun-soaked beachy days, and a dining area for sharing meals or discussing the day’s plans over a coffee or glass of wine. The stunning kitchen comes amply equipped for rustling up home feasts but for guests who prefer dining out, restaurants like La Casita and The Cornish Arms are within minutes of the property.
The gorgeous separate bedroom with comfortable king size bed has its own flat screen TV, and the clean and contemporary bathroom which features a large walk-in shower, has a thoroughly designer-like edge to it as well as top-notch fittings throughout. Crisp white on the walls contrasts the deep blues and black of cabinetry and upholstery to create a superbly stylish space, and together with the quality of the facilities provided as well as its private outside space, makes this property a dream find.
Nearby Carbis Bay Beach is a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes’ drive away and here you’ll discover one of the most beautiful crescents of white sand and turquoise water in all of Cornwall. Spend the day relaxing on the beach, or if you fancy something a little more active, grab a paddle board or kayak from its beach-based surf school and take to the water for your own little adventure. The coast path from here to St Ives showcases some rather spectacular views over the bay, and being an easy 1.9km with very gentle ascents means it’s the perfect way for the whole family to enjoy the fresh sea air and wonderful scenery. For something slightly less energetic, Carbis Bay’s single-track railway on the St Erth line follows the same dramatic path along the coast and offers passengers a unique vantage point of St Ives Bay and beyond.

Location is handy for shops, pub and a couple of restaurants. Parking is good and the place great for the two of us. The park just across the street was ideal for walking our dog.
