Welcome to this fully renovated duplex in the south of Gran Canaria, ideal for families, couples and small groups of up to 6 guests.
Combining modern comfort, premium finishes and a peaceful location, this stylish holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. The duplex is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase.
On the ground floor you will find a bright living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a spacious private terrace with your own jacuzzi.
The terrace has been upgraded with new lighting, comfortable outdoor cushions and elegant decoration, creating the perfect place to relax both day and night. Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with premium beds and high-quality mattresses, together with a second fully renovated bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. The property is also equipped with a modern rooftop solar hot water system, including a 300-litre hot water storage tank.
This environmentally friendly system provides a reliable supply of hot water while reducing energy consumption. Guests have access to three communal swimming pools (one for adults and two for children), a communal jacuzzi, sun loungers and landscaped relaxation areas. Guests enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and free public parking, making their stay even more comfortable.
All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans to provide additional comfort and improved air circulation.
Air conditioning is available as an optional service for an additional charge.

Todos may bien, muy tranguilo y limpio. La jacuzzi está bien que mis hijas te encanta y disfruta igual la pucina.. Está bien para relajar y descansar.
Solo que no me gustó es la airecondicionador es no incluido que tenemos que pagar 15e al día..

The property had all amenities that we required for a fantastic self catering holiday. No hassle, no noise. And no fighting for sun loungers around the pool. The walk to the commercial centre is doable and we managed fine with a buggy and two young ones (6 & 4) Supermarket is 5 mins walk and the Mogán Mall also has a supermarket plus plenty of other shops.
