The town offers opportunities for everyone, the sandy beach where there are both free sections and equipped establishments, is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday and is certainly the right location for groups of friends. who love nightlife, thanks to its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night.
Without forgetting that it is a strategic point both to reach the splendid locations of the Costa del Sole, and to reach the north side of Procchio / Spartaia / Paolina and Marciana Marina. Villa sleeps 5 + a 5-year-old child The property is on the ground floor and is spread over one floor; it is composed of a large living room with dining table, double sofa bed and kitchenette; double bedroom plus single bed with en-suite bathroom with shower; double room; small bedroom with single bed; another bathroom with shower.
The house is completely fenced and has an outdoor area in front of the house equipped for outdoor dining, complete with gazebo, accessed via an electric gate.
Renovation works were completed in April 2022. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net (except for the French windows). Important Notes: - minimum age to check-in 25 years (for groups of guys) - Rental for a maximum of 5 adults, accompanied by a possible child up to 5 years old. - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - only small pets allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning - deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site * THE BBQ VISIBLE IN THE PHOTO IS NO LONGER AMONG THE SERVICES Information on key collection: Check-in information will be sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Strand in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser auch. Entlang am Strand gibt es Restaurants und Cafés. Wenn man 2 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm mieten möchte kann man tief in die Tasche greifen. Von 25 € - 40 € pro Tag.

Heftiger Gasgeruch bei Betätigung der Dusche.
Essen sollte man nicht offen rumliegen lassen,da sich sonst Ameisenstrassen bilden.
Das Bett in dem Doppelzimmer mit dem zusätzlichen Bett, ist eher für kleinere Kinder gedacht,bis ca.1,40m.
Bettet,besteht aus Leintüchern, keine richtige Decke.
