We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers.
It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an open plan kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace, rocking chair, sofa bed (double), and a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests. - A fully equipped open kitchen: toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery... - A laundry room. On the first floor : - A mezzanine with library, desk and hammock. - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), and storage space. - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and storage space. - A shower room with shower. Outside : - A beautiful unfenced garden of 1,200 m² facing south. - A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A 10mx5m swimming pool. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, plancha, deckchairs, ironing board and iron. The area: The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Nearby: - Monpazier 38.9 km away (39 minutes by car). - La Roque Gageac 77.3 km (1h16 by car). - The Lascaux caves 101 km (1h45 by car) away. - Agen 33.7 km (40 minutes by car). - Château de Biron 34.1 km (35 minutes by car). - Montauban 88.9 km (1h23 by car) away. Activities : - The house is located at the edge of the Périgord in the Lot et Garonne, and is close to all the major sites to visit and villages classified as "Plus beaux villages de France": Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Pujols, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, Sarlat, Lascaux... You can also discover many castles: Château de Biron, Château des Milandes (a castle owned by Josephine Baker, which made her famous), Château de Beynac (the castle where "Les Visiteurs" was filmed)... - Sporting activities: canoeing on the Dordogne, Walibi amusement park (Agen), accrobranche, cycling, hiking trails, climbing, horse riding... - Numerous visits to world-famous sites: Lascaux and its cave, the village of La Roque-Gageac... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house (4 vehicles).
