This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Bright and modern fitted kitchen and dining table - Living room with lovely interiors - Toilet - Utility room providing extra storage Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 1: Kingsize ensuite sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: kingsize or twin sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: single & bunk bed sleeping 3 - Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, toilet & hand basin Towels are provided within the home.
Wifi is available. Outside this pretty holiday home is an enclosed mature garden with decking, garden furniture and a BBQ provided. On-street parking is available in front of the house for convenience but guests can also park in an allocated parking space at the back. Roundwood is a popular village with an excellent selection of restaurants, shops and traditional pubs serving delicious food. Heating and Electricity: This extra charge is payable to the Property Manager/Owner.
Electricity is €10 per day all year, Oil is meter read and both are paid to the property manager on site. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. Please note the security deposit for your holiday home will be collected in advance of your arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 months stay in Churchmount in the centre of Roundwood village. The home was beautiful, clean and equipped with anything you might need. Location is perfect. Walking distance to all amenities in the village and to the beautiful Vartry reservoir and numerous walking trails ...
