7 Spring Close is a welcoming detached cottage resting in the popular seaside town of Southport, Merseyside, offering a welcoming base for families looking to enjoy time together by the coast.
Set over two floors and thoughtfully restored, this well-presented home is particularly suited to guests travelling with children, combining practical living space with entertainment for all ages.
After days spent exploring, families can gather in the sitting room, which provides ample seating and a Smart TV, ideal for relaxed evenings indoors.
A PlayStation 5 will also be available, offering a welcome addition for younger guests and teenagers, whether for rainy-day fun or downtime after busy days out. To the rear, a dining table creates a sociable spot for family meals, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen which includes everything needed for a self-catered stay, along with a washing machine for added convenience when travelling with children.
The accommodation is arranged across three bedrooms, comprising a king-size, a double and a twin, each presented with crisp white bed linen and offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or mixed-age groups.
These are served by a bright bathroom fitted with both a bath and a walk-in shower, making bath time or quick morning routines easy for all. Outside, the enclosed garden provides a safe space for children to play while adults unwind on the outdoor furniture.
