Situated at the stunning development of properties at ‘Dartmouth Green’, Courtyard Cottage is in an idyllic setting adjacent to the Championship course at BEST WESTERN The Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa - just four miles from the famous naval town of Dartmouth.
The Start Bay coastline, including the award-winning Blackpool Sands beach is just 15 minutes’ drive away, whilst Woodlands Leisure Park, which offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities for families, is less than a mile away. Courtyard Cottage is a delightfully renovated stone cottage furnished to the highest standards.
It has a modern kitchen with granite worktops and a range of Neff appliances, plus a separate utility room.

Facility was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. One thing was the hotel does not allow swimming for children after 10:30 am which we were not aware of. A electric car charging point in the court yard parking will help. Otherwise nice spot to relax away from city life.

We had a lovely week great accommodation, nice and clean it had everything you wanted and having use of the swimming pool and spa was a real bonus in a good location and if you like golf ⛳️ I recommend the PGA 18 hole championship golf course it immaculate you walk straight out of the property onto the course brilliant well recommended

Property is excellent, well equipped, clean and comfortable.
Bathrooms are adequate, but one of the shower heads did not stay in its holder, and the floor tiling downstairs moves disconcertingly whe stepped on. The toilet in the non-ensuite bathroom is so close to the basin that it is practically unusable. A bathroom refresh would make this a 5* property.
