Fern Cottage is a pretty, former fisherman's cottage tucked alongside similar properties, just a couple of minutes walk from the sandy beach of Aberporth, a thriving seaside village on the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline.
This semi-detached cottage is a perfect base for families or friends looking to enjoy the benefits of a traditional seaside holiday, with plenty of nearby activities and miles of coastline to explore.

Fern Cottage is a former fisherman's cottage in the village of Aberpoth on the Cardigan Bay coastline. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are made up of two double rooms and a children's bunk room. There is also a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen, and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside there is parking available in a nearby car park, and there is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Just a two minute walk to the beach, Fern Cottage is perfect for families and friends looking to discover the joys of this seaside town. Please Note: There is currently construction work ongoing nearby to the property - this work is not within the control of the property owner, but is expected to be undertaken between Monday-Friday within daylight hours. This property includes private parking, 1 space available.

I loved Fern cottage, it is very cosy with lots of carefully chosen features. It was very peaceful and warm so lovely to return to at the end of the day. The secure garden was perfect for my young dog with the beach only a few minutes away. There is now private parking for the cottage which is very helpful.

Fern cottage was as beautiful as it looked online. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need and more.
The garden was stunning and so private. The location was perfect. Close to beach, pub, shop and walks. Aberporth was a dream and I can't wait to visit again.

A perfect cottage to enjoy the beautiful west wales beaches and countryside. We liked it so much last year we came back again! 5 minutes from the beach, lovely garden, fully equipped kitchen and everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday.
