At Villa Ivana, our modern and stylish premises can accommodate all different types of visitors, so come and visit us with your family or friends.
Villa Ivana a is ideal for accommodating up to 8 persons, the size of the house is 260 m² and it spreads over two floors.
The ground floor has a large living room that opens to the swimming pool area and a sun terrace.
Also, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There are four double bedrooms (one with a large terrace overlooking the sea) on the first floor, another bathroom with a shower and toilet and additional toilette.
Both floors are air-conditioned and have internet coverage. This 4 Bedrooms Villa provides accommodation with on-site parking, laundry, internet, Bbq, sundeck terrace.
The nearest beach is only a few minutes' walk from the villa. We are renting the entire house - everything is included! Big enough for the whole family/group of friends. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Great central location near Marina Agana, perfect for staying before a sailing trip. It’s a short walk to the beach and was spacious enough for our group. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, the property was clean, and the air conditioning worked great. Check-in was easy, and the large bathrooms had excellent water pressure. We had a very comfortable stay and would happily return.
