Privat house with 10 apartments located in a quiet area of Lignano Sabbiadoro, but very close to the city centre and only 350 Mt from the sea. The apartments can be located on the ground floor or on the 1. floor and are equipped with comfortable and functional furniture. The apartments have SAT-TV, filter coffee machine, big refrigerator, hair dryer and air conditioning. Parking area only subject to availability (it’s not guaranteed, as the number of parking spaces is less than that of the apartments). “Light WI-FI access (no streaming no download) on request (not included in the price)”.
