In the countryside of Montelupo Fiorentino ,a town famous for its pottery, only a short way away from Florence, there is a delightful Tuscan building surrounded by ancient olive and cypress trees.
You can sunbathe, have breakfast or a romantic dinner on the spacious bright veranda, enjoying the view in perfect peace.

The Cottage is a very nice dependance for 4/6 people, with its own private swimming pool that can be rented completely independently from the main villa, or instead, for larger groups, in a single solution with the villa.
Accommodation Independent residence sleeps 4+2.
On the ground floor kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with cabin shower.
Upstairs mezzanine sitting room with fireplace and double bed settee.
Amenities Swimming pool (10,5x7,5 metres - depth mt 1,20-1,50) with hydro-massage, furnished green space, veranda, covered car park, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player, free wi-fi internet connection, washing machine, safe, electric fans, barbecue.
It is possible to rent the cottage (4 + 2 beds) with the exclusive use of the swimming pool, or rent the entire property - the Villa + the Cottage or (for a total of 14 + 3 beds) - with the use exclusive of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi.

Pets, accompanied by a leash, are allowed access to all common areas, including the garden (not fenced), with the exception of the pool area.
Pet owners are asked to maintain and preserve the state of hygiene and decorum of the place.
Extra charge, payable directly on site at check-in, Euro 100/week per pet.
Note: During the low season, individual flats can also be rented on request, as they are completely divisible and independent.
A tourist tax may be charged on arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.

Bellissima location!
Un angolo di paradiso con una vista mozzafiato.
Vicinissima a Firenze a vari ristorantindi zona a due passi da supermercati e ogni tipo di servizio.

To miejsce to prawdziwy skarb! Dużo miejsca dla wszystkich, a wystrój był uroczy, czułem się bardzo przytulnie, Przestrzeń na zewnątrz była świetna do grillowania, a basen przypadł do gustu dzieciom, Mieliśmy trochę problemów z połączeniem Wi-Fi, ale to nie zepsuło naszego pobytu, Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, relaksujący wypad w oszałamiającej lokalizacji
