General Overview: The building is a (4) unit apartment building. There are (2) units for rent on Airbnb and (2) unit on the first floor for long term rental. Each parking space is designated for each particular unit..The kitchen: Granite counters and brand new appliances with ice maker are at your disposal. There is a small table with four chairs for a tasty breakfast before a day of exploring. Fully equipped with utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, coffee and tea along with other goodies.
The coin washer and dryer are under the stairs if need to use them a key is provided to you. There is also an ironing board and iron if you need to freshen up a shirt before a night out on the town.
The bathroom: Fluffy towels with shampoo, conditioner, body wash for a warm bath after a long day. The cabinet holds a blow dryer, cotton balls and q-tips.
Bedroom: Warm and inviting room has a queen size bed with down comforter pillows. There is a closet, dresser and one nightstands. . Features curtains and privacy blinds, full length mirror for preparing for that big night on the town. There is also a 40" Led smart TV with Roku, Netflix, to relax after a long day on the town.
Second Bedroom room: Features a queen sized bed with goose down comforter. The room has a 40" Led smart television with, Netflix Hulu.
The living room:Small but cozy with a comfortable couch and throw for you to curl up in after a long day of exploring! To further entertain you we have board games and deck of cards to play in the evenings as you wind down with a glass of wine.
Open air parking is free right outside of the unit on the east side of the building for two vehicles.

Apartment is on the second floor (unit 1) right on front of the stairs. The other three units are rented, but you only share space would be the (Coin laundry) if need to use it, located under the stairs, it's locked and a key will be provided to you) Parking Is Right in front of home
