Built during the April of 2016, this accommodation was designed with the highest quality and respect to the environment.
It is a spacious stylish apartment at the top floor of a family building with a great view and it represents a harmonious marriage of luxury, comfort and style.
With a large variety of amenities, this penthouse provides a great living experience for the best value vacation.
High-quality facilities same as a 5* hotel, a CoComat brand King Size bed which can guarantee a restful sleep, Smart TV, a huge terrace with a pergola and space for you to park your car are some of its best characteristics.

Stay in the heart of the island.
It is a spacious stylish apartment at the top floor of a family building with a great view and enough space to park your car right in the front.
Inside, you can find a great variety of amenities, with individual reading lamps next to the bed and an adjusting hidden lighting on the ceiling that creates a relaxing atmosphere, excellent for you to enjoy your stay.
A King size Cocomat brand bed 180x200m, with 3 layer mattress and 4 anatomic pillows will ensure the best sleeping experience.
Smart 32′ LG TV, fast free WiFi, Balcony doors that could remain fully or partially opened – lean in order to allow fresh air flow.
The penthouse is full A/C with a powerful Daikin unit.
The kitchen has all kind of amenities and is fully equipped.
There is a lounge chair and a small table for the laptop or any small device you might bring with you.
The lounge chair is adjustable if needed, forming a single bed, 195×80, that can comfortably accommodate a 3rd person.
A small stylish hand-made and designed dining table with 4 chairs is available in the kitchen.
Smoke and CO detectors have been installed for safety reasons.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and we offer hand soap, shampoo and body soap for free.
There will always be warm water which is produced by solar energy with appropriate panels and boilers.
It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around.
Everything is within walkable distance from the penthouse: Supermarket, fruit market, cheese market, meat market, bakery and many more just 1′ walking distance away.
The Bus station is 5′ away while “Lithostroto”, the main commercial and pedestrian district is located 2′ away.
Cafeterias, restaurants, the seaside, and the famous Argostoli’s bridge is just 3′ away.
The closest beach, Makris Gialos is 6′ by car or approximately within 35′ walking distance.

The appartment was absolutely perfect, super clean, very big terrace, nice view on the sea and the city.
Couldn't have wished for more.
Comfortable bed, very well equiped kitchen.
Everything went very smooth, thanks to Clio, who was always available and very responsive.
Absolutely a 5 star place !
