Wonderful Villa Susanna with private pool is one of the most beautiful villas in an unique residential area Hvaretta Villas.
Hvaretta Villas are located in an attractive natural location on the sunny island of Hvar, only 2,5 km from Stari Grad.
Once you arrive to Hvaretta Villas, you fall in love with this place immediately. Villa Susanna offers one of the most beautiful sea views in the area.
You can enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening from both terraces and the pool.
Distance to the nearest wild beaches is 400 m. For easier transport to the nearest bays and coves, you can use Hvaretta golf cart, which you can rent on reception. Villa Susanna has 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.
In each bedroom there is one queen-size bed. On the ground floor there is one largest bedroom with ensuite bathroom, spacious common space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, several coffee tables, smart TV, wi-fi router.
At the kitchen you will find all you need including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven etc. From the common space you have direct access to the garden with a private pool and roofed terrace with grill, garden furniture and sunbeds near the pool.
On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and a sunny terrace with stunning sea view as well. Each Hvaretta villa has central A/C with adjustable units in every room.
There is also a private parking, a garage and a large garden next to the villa. Electric golf carts are for rent at your disposal, for easier transfers to the nearest beaches.
A safety deposit is charged 500 EUR on site upon arrival and is returned to the guest on the departure date if no damage is found. The rental price is inclusive of electricity and water consumption, bedclothes (changed once per week), bathroom towels (changed every 3rd day), pool towels (changed every 3rd day), dishwasher capsules (10), Nespresso coffee capsules (10), washing powder, housekeeping service once per week, pool maintenance on a daily basis, welcome drink. Hvaretta Bar is opened every day for our guests and it offers drinks, coffee, small refreshments.
A playground for children is located just next to the Bar. A wide range of recommendations for various trips and tours available at the reception. Check in time: after 4 pm Check out time: until 10 am Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
After checking in guests are encouraged to notify the reception immediately in case of any rooms or items are damaged.
You visit the swimming pool at your own risk and all children must be accompanied and supervised by adult at all times.

The island of Hvar is the longest and sunniest Croatian island with more than 2800 hours of sunshine a year and one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Hvar is an excellent destination to visit all year round, especially due to warm summers and mild winters.
Hvaretta Villas are located in a splendid isolation, on a hidden part of Hvar – Kabal peninsula, which is both remote and accessible, full of protected natural beauty and a lot of isolated bays and coves. The villas are surrounded by pine and olive trees, just a short walk from the beach and from the ethno-eco village of Mala Rudina and just 5-minute drive (2,5 km) from Stari Grad. Stari Grad is a picturesque old town dating back 2,400 years, famous by its UNESCO site Stari Grad Plain.
You will probably arrive to Hvar by ferry from Split - second largest city in Croatia and pearl of Adriatic with its beautiful Old Town and Riva. Split is also famous by being one of main filming locations of Game of Thrones.
