The two-storey Villa Milla with swimming pool is one of the 11 villas in an unique residential area Hvaretta Villas, located in an attractive natural location on the sunny island of Hvar, only 2,5 km from Stari Grad.
Once you arrive to Hvaretta Villas, you fall in love with this place immediately. The residential complex offers luxury villas inspired by Croatian architecture, but completely renovated and tastefully furnished inside, each with a huge garden, parking space. Villa Milla has 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.
On the ground floor there is a huge common space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room for up to 10 people and living room with 2 sofas, several coffee tables, smart TV, wi-fi router.
At the kitchen you will find all you need including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven etc. From the common space you have direct entrance to the garden with a private pool and roofed terrace with grill, garden furniture and sunbeds near the pool.
On the villas ground floor there are also 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, and one separate toilet as well.
Upstairs on the first floor you will find one spacious bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with a bath tub. There is also beautiful sunny terrace upstairs with wonderful sea view.
Ideal for watching sunset every evening. Each Hvaretta villa has central A/C with adjustable units in every room.
There is also a private parking and a large garden next to the villa. Electric golf carts are for rent at your disposal, for easier transfers to the nearest beaches (cca 400 m). A safety deposit for golf cart is charged 1.000 EUR on site upon arrival and is returned to the guest on the departure date if no damage is found. A safety deposit for villa is charged 500 EUR on site upon arrival and is returned to the guest on the departure date if no damage is found. The rental price is inclusive of electricity and water consumption, bedclothes (changed once per week), bathroom towels, pool towels , dishwasher capsules, Nespresso coffee capsules (10), washing powder, pool maintenance on a daily basis, welcome drink. Hvaretta Bar is opened every day for our guests and it offers drinks, coffee, small refreshments.
A playground for children is located just next to the Bar. A wide range of recommendations for various trips and tours available at the reception. Check in time: after 4 pm Check out time: until 10 am Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
Pets are not allowed.
After checking in guests are encouraged to notify the reception immediately in case of any rooms or items are damaged.

The island of Hvar is the longest and sunniest Croatian island with more than 2800 hours of sunshine a year and one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Hvar is an excellent destination to visit all year round, especially due to warm summers and mild winters.
Hvaretta Villas are located in a splendid isolation, on a hidden part of Hvar – Kabal peninsula, which is both remote and accessible, full of protected natural beauty and a lot of isolated bays and coves. The villas are surrounded by pine and olive trees, just a short walk from the beach and from the ethno-eco village of Mala Rudina and just 5-minute drive (2,5 km) from Stari Grad. Stari Grad is a picturesque old town dating back 2,400 years, famous by its UNESCO site Stari Grad Plain.
You will probably arrive to Hvar by ferry from Split - second largest city in Croatia and pearl of Adriatic with its beautiful Old Town and Riva. Split is also famous by being one of main filming locations of Game of Thrones.

If you travel by plane, you will arrive to Split Airport. From there, we can arrange a private transfer just for you by speed-boat from the airport to the villas. The cost is around 400 EUR.
Or you can reach Split ferry port by taxi or by public bus. And from the Split ferry port you take ferry to Stari Grad (takes 2 hours, 6 EUR per person) or catamaran to Hvar (takes 1 hour, approx. 15 EUR per person). From Hvar catamaran port or Stari Grad ferry port, you can reach the villa by taxi.
Stari Grad ferry - Hvaretta Villas 6 km, 10 minutes by car (taxi cost approx. 18 EUR)
Town of Hvar - Hvaretta Villas 22 km, 30 minutes by car (taxi cost approx. 40 EUR)
If you travel by car, take a ferry from Split to Stari Grad (2 hours). You can book ferry tickets online in advance.
There is also regular ferry line from Ancona (Italy) to Stari Grad on Hvar.
