The area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail.
Just 3 minutes away is a lovely beachside cricket club, enjoy watching a game whilst listening to the crashing of the waves in the background.

North Devon is well positioned for visits to Exmoor, Dartmoor and North Cornwall.

Kingsley Cottage has a great location. Virtually on the beach. The back yard needs attention.. Parking is a problem . It’s a pity that a permit cannot be issued to guests. There are quite a lot of damp issues.
However.. we had a great holiday.. 👍👍

As a regular guest at Kingsley Cottage we were pleased to see some improvements to keep the property up to date and prevent it becoming stale. During the Covid pandemic cleanliness is a worry for everyone but anyone renting Kingsley Cottage should have no concerns.
