Cozy 70 sqm apartment with terrace, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 1st floor of a renovated villa (NO lift) 200 meters from the beach.
The property boasts a shared garden and a private parking space.
The accommodation, surrounded by greenery, is located between the "Aurelia" state road and the sea, a few minutes by car from the center and the Ariston Theater and about 15 minutes on foot (3 minutes by car) from the most beautiful beaches of Sanremo. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (electric hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster and kitchenware), sofa, armchair, 40-inch smart TV and access to the terrace; - TERRACE with table and chairs; - BEDROOM I with double bed, desk and wardrobe, split AC; - BEDROOM II with double bed, bunk bed (2 singles), wardrobe and 25-inch TV, split AC; - BATHROOM with shower (slightly raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning split in the corridor, independent heating, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, Netflix, drying rack and hairdryer. Decoder with French channels available. 4 bicycles available (2 for adults and 2 for children). Wide parking space included (ONLY cars). The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document. Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode.
We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival. Please note that check-in after the indicated time must be organized directly with the property and require a supplement as follows: * 30 euros after 21.30 and until 00.00 * The tourist tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt. The property is located in the "Pian di Poma" district, in the west of Sanremo, well served by public transport and the cycle path, one of the longest and most beautiful in Europe (there are 4 bicycles available to guests, 2 for adults and 2 for children).
Restaurants, bars and a 24-hour supermarket are located a short distance from the property, on the main road; in addition, many other shops are just a couple of minutes away by car, in the "Foce" area, a few steps from the most beautiful beaches of Sanremo. Main attractions: - Beaches ("Foce" area): 15 minutes on foot / 3 minutes by car; - Piazza Colombo (central square): 10 minutes by car; - Ariston Theater: 10 minutes by car; - Casino of Sanremo: 10 minutes by car. - Villaggio dei Fiori restaurant: 4 minutes on foot - 300 meters; - Carrefour (supermarket): 4 minutes on foot - 350 meters; - Bar Tartine: 10 minutes on foot - 900 meters. The easiest and most comfortable way to reach the apartment and visit the surroundings is by car. A private parking space included.
In addition, free street parking is available around the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Main distances: - Station (Sanremo): 4.2 km; - Nice airport: 65 km; - Genoa Airport: 150 km; - Imperia: 43 km; - Monte Carlo: 43 km; - Nice: 55 km; - Cannes: 89 km.

By arriving got informed, that pool is not cleaned and not usable as end of season. That was a bit sad, as kids were quite dissapointed.

Nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Supermarkt wenige Meter entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Frankreich. Wir hatten den Swimming-Pool sehr oft für uns allein. Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit.
