Comfortable apartment perfect for 4 guests located at the west end of the Borgo San Paolo district.
We are in a convenient position to reach the center, the Polytechnic, the Ruffini Park, the Martini Hospital and the ring roads.
Parking is free on the street, but is not guaranteed.
The house is equipped with TV, central heating, kitchen. Comfortable apartment of about 60 square meters located on the ninth and top floor of a building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of: LIVING ROOM: with a queen sofa bed, dining area and TV KITCHEN: with fridge, hob, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, manual juicer, Lavazza coffee machine and kitchen utensils BEDROOM: with a queen bed and wardrobe. BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer BALCONY: overlooking the Alps, furnished with table and chairs ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WiFi pocket (limited 150 gb), drying rack, iron and ironing board, central heating, fans. NOTE: The washing machine is NOT usable. N.B .: In case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; -the replacement, in this case there is a cost of € 15 for a double set, each additional set € 8. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document. Our guests will be able to collect the keys in our office in Via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 23:00.
It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00. It will be possible to deposit your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm.
We will provide you with further instructions one week before check-in. For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit. Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows: - EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00 - EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00 - EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00 - EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30 All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property.
The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Very spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. Great location - close to restaurants supermarkets etc. Neighbourhood was great and also great neighbours. Peaceful and friendly. The hosts responded in timely manner. We would visit again.

Ottima posizione e letti comodi. La caldaia andava spesso in blocco ed era impossibile fare una rilassante doccia calda; bisognerebbe inoltre svecchiare un po; appartamento.

Ottima posizione, appartamento al piano alto di buone dimensioni fornito di tutto con comodi balconi. Bisogna migliorare un pò la pulizia dei servizi e far riparare la caldaia per acqua calda che spesso va in blocco e la lavatrice che non sempre effettua la centrifuga (p.s. c;è anche una leggera perdita allo scarico)
