Cozy three-room apartment with balcony located on the SECOND FLOOR, without lift, perfect for 4 people and equipped with free unlimited WiFi and air conditioning.
Just 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Tribunal, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts.
The center can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk and the area has all the services: pharmacies, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Possibility of parking (for a fee) in a partner garage.
ATTENTION: There are cameras in the common areas of the building for security reasons.
The 85m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! We therefore point out the need to climb 40 steps to access it. The internal space is composed as follows: - Kitchen with dining table, TV, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, traditional oven and coffee machine - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C - Bedroom II with single bed, camp bed, wardrobe and desk - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Balcony.
Attention: 2 irons are available but are shared with other apartments (availability not guaranteed). It is possible to book a parking in the "Autosilo San Francesco Bari" car park at about 200m from the apartment.

The property was sufficient for a 4 day stay. Parking for a car was expensive in a nearby parking structure. Check in was a bit difficult, and we had difficulty reaching the host. Very minimal supplies. No extra trash bags, but they did have some delivered the next day. The location was good for sites in Bari. Compared to other VRBOs we have stayed in this trip, this was average .

just a place where you want to sleep. kind of dirty, everywhere there were dead mosquitoes on the walls and it just wasn’t deeply cleaned before my arrival. It is just not new or renovated , and you know many people had stayed there before.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has on room with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds, a full kitchen good enough to prep a simple meal, and a bathroom with shower. Location is great, walking distance to Bari Céntrale train Station and the old city. It’s a 3 floor walk...
