Charming 45 sqm flat, for 4 guests, located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift (two flights of stairs to access; the lift stops on the upper floor, you then have to go down a few steps). The apartment is in the heart of the historic center, in Via dei Neri, one of Florence’s most famous streets for its history and architecture (Traffic Restricted Area). The Uffizi Gallery is just 200 meters away.
The accommodation consists of living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: if you're travelling with small children, please pay attention to the stairs.

The apartment is located in Santa Croce district and is less than 5 minutes walk from the homonymous Basilica.
The area is an obligatory stop during your stay in Florence and walking through the neighborhood you will be enveloped by the charm and architecture of the historic center and its monuments. Although the area is very popular with tourists, it has maintained its original appearance: walking through the narrow streets and small squares, it is possible to rediscover artisan shops, typical restaurants and minor museums (Bargello). The neighborhood is characterized by the presence of important monuments and historical testimonies, typical restaurants, shops of all kinds.
Piazza Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, just as it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in the city by walking. The district offers a very wide range of activities: from the historic ice cream shop in Florence, Vivoli, to the bar where you can enjoy cold cuts sipping a glass of wine in front of Santa Croce Church; from a shopping trip to the leather shops to an evening at the Verdi Theater and after dinner with a live concert on the Lungarno. The possibilities are almost endless to make your holiday in Florence enchanting and unforgettable. -From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by LAM PO-FI line which stops in Via Delle Carra, where it is possible to take line 23 to Corso dei Tintori as your final destination, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. -From Santa Maria Novella train station you can reach the apartment via C2 line to Ghibellina Bargello stop, 4 minutes walk away from the apartment. If you're travelling by car please pay attention, the apartment is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at the Garage in C.so Tintori, a 3-minute walk from the apartment and an agreement for the purchase of the access ticket to the Restricted Traffic Area. Está en una ubicación espectacular, cerca a los lugares turísticos y restaurantes conocidos , las camas son cómodas y es tal cuál a las fotos lindo . Lo único es que el aire acondicionado de una habitación estaba fallando y trataron de solucionar, la cocina le faltan algunos suplementos mejores y recordar que es en el último piso y hay bastantes escaleras .

-Host muito prestável e respondeu sempre rapidamente quando necessário.
-Foi-nos permitido check-in antecipado o que foi um plus.
Negativo
- Deveria ser feita uma limpeza mais profunda ao apartamento e também algumas manutenções feitas, principalmente na casa de banho.
