The property is located on the ground floor with an internal garden (with an outdoor table and two chairs) and an independent entrance.
It accommodates 3 people in 40 square meters of space.
A few steps from the Clock Tower and Piazza dei Signori, in an enviable location. The apartment is furnished with all comforts in a quiet and reserved environment.
We are in the ZTL area, without private parking. Possibility to park for a fee at the Piazza Insurrezione car park (700 meters away).
KITCHEN: stove, dining table, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils.
LIVING ROOM / BEDROOM: communicating living room with the bedroom (two single beds that can become a double bed on request), wardrobe, double sofa bed, television.
BATHROOM: shower, toilet and bidet.
Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, clotheshorse, iron, independent heating and unlimited Wifi.
Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay
Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
