The completely renovated apartment is part of the Els Pins Residence, it has a main room with the living room and the kitchen (well equipped), in the same environment.

It has an awning for the hottest days. The closest beach is Riells beach, about 350m away (5 min on foot), and a few meters from l'Escala port and the Mongrí Natural Park.The community is very nice and guarded.Maximum capacity: 4 people. ♥ Laia, will bring you comfort and well-being on your vacation! Comme d'habitude, très bon accueil de l'agence, sympathique et dispo. Belle résidence mais dommage, trop bruyante. Prêt à revenir l'année prochaine pour une autre résidence plus calme toujours à l'escala. En attente de vos futures propositions.

La ubicación era lo mejor del apartamento, muy cerca de la playa, el puerto y Camí de ronda hacía Cala Montgo. El apartamento era cómodo, faltaba la plancha pero puede que no supe encontrarla. La piscina era grande y se podía nadar. Una noche unos vecinos de la comunidad hicieron una fiesta haciendo ruido en la terraza hasta pasada media noche. Aparte de esto todo fantástico.

Demasiado ruido entre las gaviotas a las 6:00 después las tórtolas, continuaban con ruido los obreros y por último la piscina que si quieres dormir la siesta imposible porque como no había ni un ventilador ni cortinas tienes que dormir con todo abierto así que desde las 6:00 hasta las 00:00 imposible descansar.
