The apartment has room for 2 people with access to free parking and with a large corner balcony facing south and west, so there is sun all day.
Access to a large, lovely communal garden, with garden furniture for sunbathing and dining, children's play area and petanque court.
The apartment has a large sitting room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area.
From the kitchen, there is access to the balcony facing towards the South and West, so there will be sun all day.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher, nespresso machine,and freezer.
The apartment has two adjustable single beds combined into a double bed.
The bathroom is large, bright, and has heated floors, shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer.
There is wifi, iPod docking station and TV with international channels.
The apartment is located on the third floor in a building with lift, underground parking and locked room for bikes.

Location excellent apartment clean and warm plus good hot water.Lack of microwave which had been on inventory this for us as short stay users was an inconvenience also lack of oven trays .Map put in book showing restaurants etc would be useful. Waste disposal there no key to the rubbish chute in apartment block by lifts
