Owing to its prominent location on a hill above Split, this modern holiday house with a pool and a large garden affords a breathtaking panoramic view, as well as providing a quiet retreat with sunny and shady places for a relaxing holiday with plenty of privacy.
The villa is in a beautifully laid-out 1500m² garden, with a wealth of Mediterranean plants and with generous sunny terrace areas. In the centre of the garden there is the 32m² outdoor pool with the terraces affording a fantastic view day and night. Six private parking spaces are available on the enclosed site.
This villa with various floors, furnished stylishly and with attention to details, provides 300m² of living space with all modern comfort and ample space for eight people to enjoy a perfect holiday. The rooms are on the first and second floor, while the ground floor has a spacious taverna. The villa has air conditioning throughout and is equipped with the latest technology: LCD satellite TV, stereo system, CD and DVD player and wireless Internet access. There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bathrooms and a guest W. The first floor comprises a hallway, a modern shower room, a guest WC and a spacious living room with a cosy sitting area (sofa beds for two people), and a dining space. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher for taking care of the washing up. The first floor features a 100m² balcony in front of the living room. The first and second floors are connected by stairs. On the second floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (160cm and 180cm wide), along with a large bathroom with a shower, a further living room and a large balcony on the south side. On the ground floor at pool level there is a traditional “Konoba” in a Dalmatian style, where everyone can admire the picturesque view of Split and the sea in the late evening hours with a glass of wine and fish from the grill. The 100m² taverna has a large grill, a sitting area with a table and benches, cupboards for crockery and a sink.
Guests who prefer an active holiday can go cycling, riding or kayaking in the area. The villa borders the inland area of Dalmatia and is therefore suitable for both an active and relaxing holiday. You can explore the surroundings and enjoy nature to the full. It is just a short drive to Split 7km away, which as a UNESCO town is absolutely worth a visit, such as the famous Diocletian Palace.
