Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. Should a visitors’ tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Conditions/extras
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors’ tax. This is payable separately on arrival.

Description of the accommodation
Herzlich Willkommen in unserer 57 qm großen Ferienwohnung. Sie betreten unsere Ferienwohnung durch einen eigenen Eingang. In dem kleinen Flur mit Garderobe, gelangen Sie durch die rechte Tür in die große Wohnküche. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche beinhaltet einen Essplatz mit 2 (ggf. 4) Stühlen. Im Wohnraum befindet sich die Schlafcouch (160 x 200 cm) mit Wohnwand und Fernseher. Vom Flur aus durch die linke Tür gelangt man ins Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Von dort führt eine Tür ins Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (200 x 200 cm) und kleiner Sitzecke. Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche sind mit elektrischen Jalousien und je einem Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer besitzt 2 Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Die Wohnung ist in einem modernen Design ausgestattet worden. Weiteres: Bettwäsche wird gestellt pro Person 1 Badetuch / 1 Handtuch. Kostenfreies WLAN.
