Bring your family to Briar Cottage for a peaceful family holiday in Suffolk – don’t forget the sunshine as there are some beautiful beaches.. All on the Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet

Electric heaters and electricity included.
Barbecue.. Nestling in a secluded setting in 35 acres of landscaped grounds and meadows, home to horses and ponies, these extremely comfortable cottages each with their own private decking and enjoying use of an indoor pool, are ideal for a relaxing holiday.
Wi-Fi can also be found in the clubhouse building.
Southwolds elegant seaside is 6 miles, whilst RSPB Minsmere, cycle hire, fishing and golf are all under 9 miles.
Boat hire at Beccles, gateway to the southern broads, is 5 miles.. All properties: Bed linen and towels included.

Laundry room with washing machine and coin-operated tumble dryer (shared). Decking with garden furniture. 35-acre grounds (shared). Indoor heated swimming pool (shared, 9m x 4.8m, open daily April-October, private allocated use by arrangement). Parking.

Very quiet, small site. Loved the wildlife, bats,woodpeckers,etc. Honesty pod a clever and useful addition. Cottage well laid out and spacious. Our two small dogs loved it. Nic ,the owner, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend without hesitation.

A fabulous find. The owner was very welcoming on arrival & explained all of the amenities, of which there are many.
Briar Cottage is a comfortable property, in a quiet, relaxing setting. A communal fully equipped games room & enclosed swimming pool, are great additions.
There are also 4 glamping...

I really enjoyed the quiet and isolation, watching the pheasants and rabbits outside the front door. The cottage was cosy and well equipped; the beds were comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping, which when I'm away, is unusual.It is very rural and you'll need a car to go anywhere, but the site ha...
