This modern, detached bungalow, with its own garden equipped with a putting green, is perfect for couples and small groups, with local rail link to Edinburgh and Glasgow.. All on the Ground Floor:

Occupying an elevated position with its own garden, this modern detached bungalow provides the ideal perfect retreat for couples, small families or groups to either enjoy a break away from the mundane or use as a base, due to the exceptionally accessible location, in the heart of central Scotland. With the cities of Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh all accessible within an hour by either road or rail from the nearby Caldercruix station, you will find plenty to fill your time when you’re not enjoying Craigpark Lodge. Finished in early 2020 and constructed with guests and holidaymakers in mind, every effort has been made to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The property has two comfortable double, en-suite bedrooms at either side of the main living space, the lucky guests enjoying the ‘formal master‘ bedroom have the advantage of enjoying French doors leading to a covered hot tub. The main living area provides an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.
Finished with comfortable modern furnishings you’ll find everything you need to have the home away from home you’re looking for. There are three trout fishing lochs within a 10-minute drive, and a local 18-hole golf course only a 5-minute drive away (able to play Monday-Friday). The route 75 cycle track is also on the doorstep.
Shop and pub ½ mile, restaurant 3½ miles. Free WiFi One or more beds can be linked to form double or twin beds (please advise the owner of your preference soon after booking). Additional cleaning is being undertaken with a fogging machine. A fantastic clean spacious lodge. Very modern. Very well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The hot tub is a very high spec. Great location for visiting Glasgow, Edinburgh and surrounding area. The local train station is about a 10 minute walk. The owners are lovely. I would definitely recommend this lodge to my family and friends.

This is a lovely lodge with every amenity. We really enjoyed our stay and it made a great base for exploring all of Central Scotland.
