A beautifully furnished ground floor apartment boasting wonderful views of the estuary and beyond, a haven of tranquillity yet just 2 miles from Salcombe town centre.. All on the Ground Floor: Living room: TV, Open Fire, Sofa Bed (Double) Dining room.

This property sleeps a maximum of 5 adults.. Ringrone is an historic property (now comprising seven apartments) set in its own mature grounds and positioned at the mouth of the estuary with magnificent views of the estuary and coastline to Prawle Point.
Adjacent is the beautiful S.W. Coastal Path to Bolt Head, and the sub-tropical gardens at Overbecks, both owned by the National Trust.
South Sands beach, popular for watersports, is within a quarter of a mile, and the town centre is approx 2 miles via the picturesque cliff and coast road.
Also, a regular passenger ferry service runs from South Sands to the town centre during the summer. Situated on the ground floor, facing the water, this spacious apartment retains the original high ceilings and features of the building.
There are particularly lovely views from the magnificent living room.
These properties are rural, with access via country lanes, with a 20-30-minute walk to the local town.

We had a lovely time but we found that the property was rather musty, with some mould on the walls and the plug in the basin the the main bedroom didn't work. The kitchen was well equipped. The views were absolutely stunning.

Absolutely loved this place , spacious , beautiful and comfortable, the roads are a nightmare though but worth it for the spectacular views ❤️

A character apartment. But when the weather turned cold and windy it was difficult to heat with the draughty windows.
