This perfect location is ideal for relaxing enjoying the boating activity, and exploring the Norfolk Broads and Norfolk’s coastline, all within 30 minutes’ drive.
The property offers its water frontage which means fishing is literally on your doorstep (seasonal and licence required). The area is crisscrossed by numerous footpaths and cycling trails, and the Barton Broad boardwalk is located in the village.
This is an ideal location to explore many popular villages nearby including Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Stalham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth.

WE STAYED AT THIS COTTAGE IN DECEMBER/JANUARY. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE COTTAGE WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE OWERS, WHO LIVE NEXT DOOR WERE LOVELY. THE HOUSE IS VERY SPACIOUS AND HAVING THE OPTION TO HIRE A BOAT TO GO INTO THE RIVER WAS A TREAT FOR ALL OF US. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COTTAGE.

We had an amazing week. The cottage is beautiful and the garden is huge. Watching otters and kingfishers every day without leaving the garden was brilliant. We loved the day boat and had lots of fun using it to get the paper in the morning! The owners were very welcoming and really helpful. A perfect peaceful break. We will definitely return.
