This is an ideal location to explore the popular villages and broads of Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth, which are all easily accessible with the 8-seater, private motor launch available on request directly with the owner at an additional charge.
Horning village, a picturesque broadland village with riverside inns, restaurants, a selection of small shops and tea shops, is just a couple of minutes away.
BeWILDerwood, an outdoor tree top adventure park makes a great day out for children, or there is Wroxham Barns just a short drive away.
Wroxham is known as the "Capital of the Broads", with its selection of waterside cafés, restaurants and pubs.
Sandy beaches can be reached within 11 miles where you can experience the delights of the coastal villages.
Alternatively, spend a day in the city of Norwich, 9 miles, with its cathedral, museums, theatres and a vast array of cafés and shops.

We loved the views from the house. It was very peaceful, and we enjoyed watching the boat race on Sunday morning. The owner was helpful and greeted us at the property.
The house is a little dated and unfortunately the beds were quite uncomfortable. A coat rack would be helpful. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great time. The location is perfect with a great view of the Broads and Horning. Having the boat is such a bonus. Owners were friendly and helpful. We are already booked for next year.

The location of the house was great as was the layout. Parts of the property and furniture were tired but everything was functional.the boat was a definite bonus we used it most days.
