Fantastic location
Villa Seepark is located at an altitude of approx. 1,000 m in the Upper Black Forest, on the headland of a peninsula in Schluchsee. Located at the end of a very quiet residential street, it is nevertheless close to the village. The sandy beach and the lake circuit as well as the famous Jägersteig are right in front of your feet. The unobstructable pure southern exposure provides a lot of sun, even in winter. Fantastic view over the lake to the highest mountain of the Upper Black Forest, the Feldberg, which is almost 1,500 m high. The villa, which was built by Änne and Frieder Burda, has been lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished by us and awaits guests with a sense for the extraordinary.

The interior of your vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. An apartment in high-quality, modern chalet style that invites you to walk barefoot, that feels good and smells good. What we eat should also be stored in healthy cabinets without harmful substances and prepared in a modern equipped kitchen. In general, we have a soft spot for natural wood when it has been processed by master craftsmen into valuable furniture. It goes without saying that the kitchen made of solid wood is equipped with all the usual utensils, dishes, baking pans, also with WOK, Fondue. Raclette goes without saying. Also cooking oil, pepper and salt, tea and coffee are always there. You can also look forward to the icing on the cake of every Black Forest parlor, the cozy sitting area by the tiled stove.
Another example of the natural furnishings is the Black Forest four-poster bed or the 100-year-old, masterfully renovated Art Nouveau wardrobe in the bedroom. In the bedroom you also have reading lamps, an additional sofa with a view of the lake. Sleep tucked in pleasant bedding the sheep of the righteous in true heavenly peace. The private sauna with the hand hewn boards from old wood is another highlight not only in the colder season. Also in summer, the sauna is really good after a hike or bike ride. The spacious, over 15 square meter bathroom with daylight offers with the double washbasin, bathtub, walk-in shower, the Sensowash shower toilet made in the Black Forest by Duravit and the bidet everything to make your wellness vacation in the Black Forest more beautiful. Towels, shower gel and bath additive, sauna essences are available and included in the price.
The sandy beach is right in front of your feet. Enjoy the wonderful view of the village and over the whole lake. The rental of rowing and pedal boats, kayaks and standup paddleboards, as well as the mooring for sailboats is right next door. Beautifully located and inexpensive cafes and restaurants can be found on every corner nearby. Recently we have a star chef here in town. His restaurant "Mühle" is really recommended for special occasions.

If you arrive by train, I'll be happy to pick you up by car for free. But it is also only eight minutes on foot.
