The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00m each),independent bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room.
The decoration and furniture have been chosen with detail, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, but at the same time elegant and modern.
The apartment is located in a privileged area to visit Seville.
On the one hand, crossing the Recaredo Avenue, we are in the most historic and oldest area of the center of Seville, but on the other hand, the back area is a good residential area for local people, where you can find many bars and typical restaurants of Seville, stores, foodmarkets and typical products, and of course supermarkets. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.

If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.

very clean, modern and well decorated apartment, perfectly located to walk everywhere. The managing company is amazing, sending helpful links to help you navigate the city, and replying promptly to any of our questions. I highly recommennd!

Nous avons séjourné à 6 dans cet appartement. C'était parfait hormis le bruit de la "Calle Recaredo" sous nos fenêtres. Manque un peu d'insonorisation mais on s'y est très bien fait.
