Renowned for its relaxed lifestyle in the heart of the Landes region and its surf spots, this is the ideal place for your next holiday with family or friends! With a floor area of 45 m², this ground-floor flat comprises a living area with sofa, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 cabin, and a bathroom with bath.
There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a shared swimming pool.
Located in a holiday residence, the flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed as follows: - Bright living area thanks to its large bay window overlooking the terrace, furnished with a sofa, coffee tables, furniture and flat-screen TV. - Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with: dining table with 4 seats, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hob, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery... - Bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and bedside tables. - Cabin with bunk beds (90x190) - Modern bathroom with bath. - Separate WC.
Outside: - Enjoy some quiet time on this south-facing but shaded private terrace furnished with a garden table and 2 benches as well as an electric barbecue. - Large shared outdoor swimming pool within the residence, accessible from Easter to All Saints' Day.Subject to the residence's conditions of use.
