The ground floor has a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has two exits.
The northern exit leads to a large covered terrace with seating and dining area, while the southern exit leads to a courtyard with a private pool and summer kitchen.
On the first floor of the house, which can be reached from the covered terrace, there are 5 bedrooms.
Three bedrooms have their own bathroom, while two bedrooms share one bathroom.
The house is fully air conditioned.
You can also taste and buy homemade products from the owner's own production: wine, rakija and olive oil.
Pets are welcome for an extra charge on site.

Kloštar is a village near Vrsar and the Lim Channel. The Lim Channel is visited daily by thousands of tourists in search of the natural beauties of this landscape. The rich offer of seafood specialties (fish, crabs, shellfish) is a real lure for tourists who want good and tasty food. The area abounds in bike trails through the protected forest of Kontija, which leads to the sea to Vrsar and Porec.

Alle Zimmer klimatisiert-super.
