Located only a few minutes from the Grande Plage of Trouville, this property will be the ideal place for a successful Norman stay! With a surface area of 28 m², this charming studio with parquet floor is presented as follows: living room with sleeping area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and balcony facing west.

Accommodation: - Beautiful bright living room, thanks to its large bay window overlooking the balcony, furnished with a sitting area with sofa, 55 inch 4K connected TV, dining table for 4 guests. - Night area with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), recent firm bedding, high quality bed linen. - Kitchen adjoining the living area fully equipped: hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and cutlery. - Bathroom redone in vintage 70's style, with bath and WC, hotel quality towels.
Outside : - Enjoy a quiet time on this charming west facing balcony of 7 m², furnished with table and chairs.
You can enjoy a lunch with a view on the Touques river.
